CDR Frances P. Placide, a Native of the Caribbean island of Trinidad, began her IHS career in 2001 at Cherokee Indian Hospital. She completed her PA training and Masters Degree in 1999 from St. Louis University. As part of her PA training she completed clinical rotations at Rosebud Indian Hospital and Gallup Indian Medical Center.
