RRM Module: Administrative Support

Overview:
The RRM Administrative Support staffing module estimates the requirements for Case Managers and Management Analysis to to support the Behavioral Health Department in providing treatment for the emotional, social, and psychological problems of their clients utilizing knowledge of and contacts with federal, state, and local agencies to meet the clients' needs. The workload parameters that are the key variables in the staffing estimation are User Population.

Services Description:
These positions provide administrative support to the Mental Health, Social Services and Alcohol and Substance Abuse programs.

Staffing Criteria:
0.50 FTE Case Manager per facility for 1,000 or more User Population, plus 0.30 FTE Case Manager for every 1,000 User Population above 1,000.

0.20 FTEs Management Analysis per facility for 1,000 or more User Population, plus 0.10 FTE Case Manager for every 1,000 User Population above 1,000.

0.2 FTE Clerical Support for every 1,000 User Population

(Note: If the user population is below 1,000 there are no FTEs.)
