The abstract should present a summary view of the following information:

• Who is submitting this application?
• What is the application for?  (i.e. TMG-Feasibility, TMG-Planning, etc.)
• When will these activities be done? (i.e. What is your project period?)
• Where will these activities take place?
• How will these activities be accomplished?
• What is the project's total cost? (i.e.  How much?)

While the abstract is optional, the information provided assists in determining the application's acceptability for review.
