Welcome to the National Council of Clinical Directors WebsiteThe National Council of Clinical Directors (N C C D) is the organization of and for Clinical Directors and Medical Directors of all clinics and hospitals of the United States Indian Health Service including Tribal and Urban programs.This website is being set up under the authority of the N C C D with the technical assistance of the I H S web team. We hope that this will allow Clinical Directors over the vast Indian country to access up-to-date information about issues that they confront in managing medical aspects of their facilities.
