Tribal Management Grant Program

HEALTH MANAGEMENT STRUCTURE PROJECT TYPE

Creation or enhancement and implementation of systems to  manage or organize Programs, Services, Functions and Activities (PSFA).  Management structures include health department organizations, health boards, financial management systems, including systems for accounting, personnel, third-party billing, medical records, management information systems, etc.  This includes the design, improvements, and correction of management systems that address audit weaknesses identified through quality control measures, internal reviews and audit report findings under the Office of Management and Budget (OMB) Circular No. A-133 - Revised June 24, 1997, "Audits of States, Local Governments, and Non-Profit Organizations." 

FUNDING AND PERIOD OF SUPPORT

Up to approximately $100,000 per year*; Up to 3 years, not to exceed $300,000.

*Amount include direct and indirect costs.
