Purpose.

The.purpose of this -directive is to establish policy procedures,and.responsibilities ,
for preparing proposals for Indian Health Service. (IHS) sponsored ,and funded conferences.
This chapter establishes the Division o.f.Administrative.Services, Office of Administration. and
Management;.as the office responsible for administering the IHS Conference Management
Program.
