BACKGROUND:

This is to transmit a copy of the new Indian Health Manual (IHM), Part 5, Chapter 22, Section 4, "Personnel Security/Suitability." This Section establishes policy and procedural guidelines for the operation of the personnel suitability and security program of the Indian Health Service.
