When completing the quarterly reports, are all vaccines included in calculating the number of children who have completed immunization requirements?

No. Hepatitis A, Pneumococcal Conjugate (PCV), and Varicella (VZV) vaccines are recommended and we are tracking these vaccines in the quarterly reports, however, these three vaccines should NOT be included in calculating the number of children who have met all requirements.
