| Description:
This course is designed for experienced users of the Laboratory Package who are interested in adding additional functionality. It is an advanced level course for those individuals who have been assigned the responsibility for implementing and maintaining the Laboratory Package at their site. Participants will be provided a full overview of barcode label printing, development of load/work lists and auto-instrument files for unidirectional and bidirectional instrument interfaces. The use and maintenance of Data Innovations Instrument Manager will be demonstrated and discussed. Use of VA Fileman for editing, searching, and printing information from the Laboratory files, setting up the Microbiology module, menu management, and common troubleshooting will also be included.

Class Times: 8:30-4:30 [3 days]Pacific. This is a satellite classroom session. The trainer will be hosting from California and connecting to Portland. This session does include hands-on components.
