FY 2014 Q3 GPRA Reporting Instructions
- April 25
The FY 2014 3rd Quarter GPRA report is due to the California Area Office by:
Friday, April 25th (Tribal and Urban programs).
CRS 14.0 was released in December 2013. Please be sure to use version 14.0 when running your Q3 report.
Once your report has been run, please email your report and the associated text file (or the name of the files, if they are created and exported to the public directory) to firstname.lastname@example.org by the due date.
For all Tribal and Urban programs on RPMS, the Roll and Scroll and the Visual CRS instructions for running the third quarter GPRA report, which requires CRS version 14.0, are available for download:
Please note that GPRA reports require that all of the communities assigned to your facility be included. Please be sure that you have selected the correct community taxonomy before running your final report.
For programs that are not on RPMS, please follow these instructions:
We are ready to provide support and assistance and encourage all non-RPMS sites to report on the GPRA measures, which reflect quality of care as well as performance. We can provide a reporting template and a link to the Clinical Reporting System manual, which contains the clinical performance measure logic. However, Indian Health Service policy and procedural guidance on verification and validation of non-RPMS data is still pending. Therefore, data from non-RPMS sites will not be included in the national data set this year.
Instructions for running the third quarter GPRA report will be sent out separately.
If you have any questions, please email them to email@example.com. You may also call Christine Brennan, Wendy Blocker, or Rachel Pulverman at 916-930-3927, or Amy Patterson at 916-716-6929.
