Dear Tribal Officials,

The Indian Health Service (IHS) is pleased to announce its Dedication of the Land for the northern California Youth Regional Treatment Center (YRTC) in Yolo County on Tuesday, July 16 at 9:00 AM.

D-Q University (D-QU) agreed to relinquish 12 acres back to the General Services Adminstration and which, in turn, sold the property to the IHS.  We would like to acknowledge the D-QU Board of Directors for their contribution in reaching of our mutual objective to provide treatment to California's Indian youth ages 12-17.
