The Choctaw Nation’s Harry J.W. Belvin Health Clinic is located at 410 North “M” Street in Hugo, Oklahoma. The clinic hours are 8:00 a.m. until 4:30 p.m., Monday through Friday, except on Wednesday when the clinic hours are 8:00 a.m. until 12:00 noon.
