About St. Croix Tribal Center

The St. Croix Tribal Clinic is located in Hertel, Wi our CHSDA serves a five county area with 5 reservations. Our communities are quite spread out and creates a burden on our people to travel to one central location. Our dental department is booked out months in advance. We currently have 4840 charts.
