How long does the training take?

Different positions (e.g., dentist, dental assistant, receptionist) will require different training periods. Overall you should expect 5 days of training the week prior to “go live”, 2 days during the “go live” period, and an additional 2 days 2 weeks following “go live”. There will also be ongoing, supplemental training at several different locations each year.
