ECC Initiative - Original Packet Materials (FY 2010)

The Early Childhood Caries Packet is a folder that was mailed out to all IHS, Tribal, and Urban dental clinics in March 2010. The left side of the folder contains information for our medical and community partners including WIC, Head Start, CHRs, public health nurses, medical providers, and Tribal Councils or Governing Boards. The right side of the folder contains information specific to the dental team, including information about the Initiative, how to engage medical and community partners, the Basic Screening Survey, sealants, and Interim Therapeutic Restorations (ITRs). Together, these documents provide dental programs with most of the tools they need to understand and implement the IHS ECC Initiative.
