AUTHORITY DELEGATED

Pursuant to the authority delegated to the Deputy Director for Management Operations, Indian Health Service (IHS), by the Director, IHS, on July 7, 2005, I hereby delegate to the Director, Office of Information Technology, the authority to approve and sign Agency agreements that are initiated or sponsored by your office. The aggregate fiscal year (FY) value of these agreements, including extensions and revisions, cannot exceed $499,999.

These authorities may be redelegated.

RESTRICTIONS AND LIMITATIONS

The authority to sign reimbursable agreements with the Office of the Secretary has been delegated to, and is retained by, the Deputy Director, IHS.
The aggregate FY value of these agreements, including extensions and revisions, cannot exceed $499,999.

EFFECTIVE DATE
