SUBJECT: Delegation of Authority To Accept a Donation of Land for an Indian Health Clinic and Staff Quarters Located on St. Paul Island, Alaska

AUTHORITY DELEGATED

Pursuant to the authority delegated to the Director, Indian Health Service (IHS), by the Secretary of Health and Human Services (HHS), on May 2, 2003, I hereby delegate to the Director, Office of Public Health (OPH), and the Director, Office of Environmental Health and Engineering (OEHE), all the authorities vested in the Secretary, HHS, under Public Law 107-63, the Interior and Related Agencies Appropriations Act for Fiscal Year 2002, 115 Stat. 458, to accept land donated by the Tanadgusix Corporation, to acquire sites for a new clinic and staff quarters on St. Paul Island, Alaska.

REDELEGATION AND RESTRICTIONS

The authority delegated above may not be redelegated.

INFORMATION AND GUIDANCE

I hereby ratify and affirm any actions taken by the Director, OPH, or the Director, OEHE, which involved the exercise of the authorities delegated herein prior to the effective date of this delegation.

PRIOR DELEGATIONS

None.

EFFECTIVE DATE

This delegation is effective upon the date of signature.
