Purpose.

The. purpose of this -directive is to establish policy procedures, and. responsibilities , for preparing proposals for Indian Health Service. (IHS) sponsored ,and funded conferences. This chapter establishes the Division of .Administrative.Services, Office of Administration. and Management;. as the office responsible for administering the IHS Conference Management Program.
