BACKGROUND:

This transmittal forwards Part 1, Chapter 6 of the Indian Health Manual which describes regular reports required to be submitted by the Area Directors and represents the incorporation of three existing circulars (61-4; 61-8; and 62-3) into a manual chapter.

The superseded circulars should be removed from files and destroyed.
