Transmittal Notice 68-09

PURPOSE:

This transmittal forwards the revised Appendix to Chapter 4, Part 1, which lists the Area and Sub-Area Offices, Hospitals, Health Centers, etc., of the Service.  The main difference between this appendix and the previous listings is that the Area facilities are grouped by Service Unit.
