This transmittal forwards revised pages for Part 2, Chapter 4, Services and Payments for Services, in the Indian Health Manual.  The revision includes fees to be charged beneficiaries of the Veterans Administration and Division of Direct Health Services, and members of the uniformed services facilities for Obstetrical and Maternity Services.
