Part 1, Chapter 1, General, updates the original manual issuance concerning the Indian Health Manual. The changes in this issuance are mainly organizational titles except for the addition to PART 5 - MANAGEMENT SERVICES concerning additional chapters. Additions to chapter are noted by vertical lines in the margin.
