Transmittal Notice 77-02

BACKGROUND:

This transmittal forwards an updated Appendix , Part 1, Chapter 4, Section 4, Organization of the Service.  On page 3, 1-4.4B(4)c, the third line, the word "two" or more clinical services -- has been changed to "one" or more - etc., to reflect HEW standard nomenclature.
