Transmittal Notice 85-03

BACKGROUND:

The attached Exhibit 1-5.2H2 to replace the same exhibit transmitted under Transmittal Notice 85.2 reflects the redelegation of authority which was received from the Associate Administrator for Operations and Management, HRSA on December 10, 1984.  The delegation from the Associate Administrator permitted redelegation to the Indian Health Service officials responsible for ADP systems.
