Transmittal Notice 85-08

BACKGROUND:

This transmittal forwards a change to the Indian Health Manual Part 1, Chapter 5, Delegations of Authority, Exhibit 1-5.2F-2 Subject:  Establish Workweeks and Work Schedules.

This transmittal adds approval to modify or terminate flexitime schedules and also adds approval to approve, modify or terminate alternative work schedules.

Authority 7 may be exercised only with certification by appropriate Regional Personnel Office that applicable regulatory and procedural requirements have been met.

Part 1, Chapter 5, Delegations of Authority, Exhibit 1-5.2F-2 - Establish Workweeks and Work Schedules, pages 1 through 3.

Indian Health Manual Part 1, Chapter 5, Delegations of Authority Exhibit 1-5.2F-2, TN 85.2, dated January 4, 1985 pages 1 and 2.

Remove superseded Exhibit 1-5.2F-2 and file enclosed exhibit in its place.

Log and file the transmittal notice (TN).
