Transmittal Notice 86-02

BACKGROUND:

This transmittal forwards a change to the Indian Health Manual, Part 1, Chapter 5, Delegations of Authority Exhibit 1-5.2F-1 - Subject:  Grant Leave, Excuse Absence, Approve Overtime and Approve Restoration of Annual Leave.

The specific changes to this delegation are the requirements for requesting leave for Area/Program Directors, and for employees whose duty station is not the same as their immediate supervisor.
