Transmittal Notice 86-09

BACKGROUND:

This transmittal notice forwards a change to Part 1, Chapter 5, Delegations of Authority, Exhibit 1-5.2I-1, Subject:  Training in Government and Non-Government Facilities.  The delegation of authority is revised to authorize and approve full-time training in Government and Non-Government facilities up to 120 days.  This delegation was revised to unite the Government and Non-Government training authorities and to clarify the distinction between authorizing and approving officials.
