Transmittal Notice 94-08

BACKGROUND:

This transmittal forwards the attached Delegation of Authority Memorandum, Subject:  Delegation of Authority for the Indian Health Care Improvement Act, Public Law 94-437, as Amended; Program Delegation #4.  This authority was changed to add "as Amended" to the delegation to provide for subsequent legislative amendments to this Act.
