MATERIAL SUPERSEDED:
Delegation of Authority Program #13, “Delegation of Grant Authority” authorized by Title III PHS Act; Public Law 93-638; and Public Law 94-437, dated May 4, 1994.
MANUAL MAINTENANCE:
Remove and discard the current copies of DOA Program #13 dated May 4,1994, from your manual system binders. Insert the attached copy of the revised DOA Program #13 (TN 2005-03) in its place.
Log and file this Transmittal Notice in sequential order.
