BACKGROUND:

The purpose of this Transmittal Notice (TN) is to forward a copy of the revised Delegation of Authority (DOA), Administrative #18, "Designation of Notaries Public." This DOA is being reissued to reflect the changes resulting from the 2004 Indian Health Service Headquarters reorganization.

MATERIAL TRANSMITTED:

The revised DOA, Administrative #18, "Designation of Notaries Public."

MATERIAL SUPERSEDED:

DOA Administrative #18, "Designation of Notaries Public," dated November 23, 1988.

MANUAL MAINTENANCE:

Remove and discard the current copies of DOA, Administrative #18, "Designation of Notaries Public," dated November 23, 1988, from your manual system binders. Insert the attached copy of the revised DOA, Administrative #18, "Designation of Notaries Public," TN 2007-08, in its place.

Log and file this TN in sequential order.
