Our Goal

IPC’s goal is to engage more than 100 IHS, Tribal, and Urban Indian facilities by 2013. Together, we will:

  • improve the quality of care,
  • improve access to care, and
  • improve the patient’s experience of care.

Our Strategies

IPC is using multiple strategies to reach our goal of expanding IPC participation and transforming the health care system.

  • We strive to stimulate the desire and optimism for improvement and intolerance of the status quo.
  • We promote widespread adoption of best practices that will lead to improvement.
  • We test and adapt ideas and knowledge for the Indian health system.
  • We help to grow a vibrant health care workforce.
  • We build support for ensuring that quality is a way of life for future generations.
