Description:
To offer a disciplined environment conducive to learning, by preventing violence in and around schools and strengthen programs that prevent the illegal use of alcohol, tobacco, and drugs, involve parents, and coordinated with related Federal, State, and community efforts and resources. Drug prevention programs must convey a clear and consistent message that the illegal use of alcohol and other drugs is wrong and harmful. Generally, funds under the program may not be used for construction, medical services, or drug treatment or rehabilitation.
