Sweat practices have been used around the world for thousands of years to help people gain more physical, mental, and spiritual health. This group uses group sweating with the use of a sauna as a medium for group psychotherapy for people with anxiety problems. The goal of the program is to help people reduce anxiety symptoms and improve coping.
