The kit was developed to help stimulate discussion and provide details about our 3 key messages: gangs are a serious problem in tribal communities, effective strategies for reducing gang violence, and resources available. The DVDs and training materials are used to assist other communities in addressing gang violence through implementation of the Gang Prevention through Intervention, Prevention and Suppression model.
