The executive staff performs the day-to-day program management and executive administration of the overall facility. Services Description:
The Site Administration staff performs the day-to-day program management and executive administration of the overall facility. Site administration staff is responsible for all facility operations. The staffing category of Executive staff potentially includes personnel with the following titles:
- Facility Director
- Clinical Director
- Human Resources Officer
- Office Services Director
The support staff for the Executive staff will be Administrative Assistants.
Staffing Criteria:
Hospital/Medical Center
Fixed Executive staff of 4.0 FTEs for each hospital, plus 1.0 FTE Executive staff for every 250 hospital staff over 250.
Fixed Clinical Director staff of 1.0 FTE for each hospital.
Fixed Clinical Director staff of 2.0 FTE if a Medical Center.
Fixed Administrative Assistant staff of 2.0 FTEs for each hospital.
Health Center
Fixed Executive staff of 2.0 FTEs for each Health Center, plus 1.0 FTE Executive for every 100 Health Center staff over 100.
Fixed Clinical Director staff of 0.5 FTE for each health center.
Fixed Administrative Assistant staff of 1.0 FTE for each Health Center.
