Report Fraud, Waste, Abuse and Mismanagement

All employees, contractors and anyone who has contact with the Indian Health Service (IHS) can combat fraud, waste, abuse, and mismanagement. We encourage you to report these matters to the IHS Division of Personnel Security and Ethics (DPSE). Health Information Privacy: If you believe that a covered entity has violated your (or someone else's) health information privacy rights or committed another violation of the Privacy or Security Rule, you may file a complaint with the Service Unit CEO or designee or report it to the HHS Office of Civil Rights (OCR).
