Vitals/Measurements (GMRV)

Description:

The Vitals/Measurements a VISTA application [GMRV 5.0] is designed to store in the patient's electronic medical record vital signs and various measurements associated with a patient's hospital stay or outpatient clinic visit. RPMS uses PCC [V Measurements] to store measurements, and uses the Vitals/Measurements [GMRV 5.0] application to store other pertinent information about measurements such as qualifiers in the RPMS.
