Developer
  • This request will be developed in-house by the IHS Web Service Team.
Content
  • Providers (Non - IHS)
  • By having a web-based database we will improve our transparency and customer service health professional schools and post-graduate training facilities and students.
  • The database is essentially a recruitment tool in which accumulate and use contact information of non-recruiters who are interfacing with students to sell the IHS. For physicians, the students are generally medical students and residents. Those non-recruiters are IHS clinicians, prior IHS clinicians, clinical coordinators, or really anyone who is working with students who can help distribute information about IHS jobs and rotations. The recruiters for nurses, pharmacists, dentists and other health professionals will be anyone who is working with those students and or post-graduates. We would like the database to be interactive. So, we can keep the Ambassadors up to date with emails about new website and recruitment materials . Additionally, the ambassadors should be able to request brochures and information via the website by using the database.
