Dr. Taylor's presentation: Present journal article "Taking the Pain Out of Restorative Dentistry and Endodontics: Current Thoughts and Treatment Options to Help Patients Achieve Profound Anesthesia" by Colleagues for Excellence American Association of Endodontists.

Dr. Schroth's presentation: Seminar discussion on a recent article "Developmental enamel defects in the primary dentition: aetiology and clinical management: by Salanitri and Seow.

Learning Objectives:

Upon completion of this session, the pariticipant will be able to:
Dr. Taylor:
1. Discuss why some people do not obtain adequate anesthesia.
2. List misconceptions about inferior alveolar nerve blocks.
3. Compare and contrast techniques to improve anesthesia and patient comfort.

Dr. Schroth:
1. Review the aetiology of developmental defects of enamel.
2. Propose recommendations for the clinical management of affected teeth.
3. List the clinical complications of developmental defects of enamel.

Tuition Policy:

Tuition must be paid in full 8 weeks prior to the start date of any course. Request for refunds must be received in writing at least two weeks before the course begins. For each refund request, there will be an administrative charge of $100. No refunds will be made to registrants who fail to attend a course. If IHS CDE program cancels a course, then 100% of the tuition will be refunded.
