DE1106: Digital Complete Dentures… Not Conventionally Processed Dentures Anymore – Just Better!
This 4-hour CE course introduces the latest digital workflow options for complete denture fabrication. Participants will compare analog and digital approaches, explore key clinical protocols—including the Reference Denture, Record Base with Wax Rims, and Wagner Try-in techniques—and review essential principles of denture design. Digital scanning workflows will be demonstrated, preparing attendees to integrate digital methods into their next complete denture case with greater accuracy, efficiency, and confidence.
At the completion of this program, participants will be able to:
1. Describe the fundamentals of digitally fabricated dentures compared to analog dentures.
2. Explain the Reference Denture, Record Base with Wax Rims, and Wagner Try-in techniques.
3. Apply techniques to modify master impression trays and finalize a Wagner try-in.
4. Identify and describe digital scanning workflow steps.
5. Demonstrate readiness to initiate a digital denture workflow in clinical practice.

Tuition must be paid in full 8 weeks prior to the start date of any course. Request for refunds must be received in writing at least two weeks before the course begins. For each refund request, there will be an administrative charge of $100. No refunds will be made to registrants who fail to attend a course. If IHS CDE program cancels a course, then 100% of the tuition will be refunded.
