DE1151: IHS EDR Star Upgrade Training Series: Revenue Cycle Ledger Management Updates in Dentrix [Live Webinar]
This course provides training on revenue cycle management [RCM] in Dentrix Enterprise [DXE]. Participants will review billing workflows, learn how to manage patient registration and insurance eligibility, and configure fee schedules and patient financial information. The course also covers ledger navigation, filters, and colors, along with account balance tools such as the outstanding claim manager, family balance manager, and suspended credits manager.
Resources including release guides, user guides, and training videos support learning. Sessions incorporate Q&A, surveys, and feedback to improve delivery.

Tuition must be paid in full 8 weeks prior to the start date of any course. Request for refunds must be received in writing at least two weeks before the course begins. For each refund request, there will be an administrative charge of $100. No refunds will be made to registrants who fail to attend a course. If IHS CDE program cancels a course, then 100% of the tuition will be refunded.
