DE1152: IHS EDR Star Upgrade Training Series: Revenue Cycle Insurance Claims Management Updates in Dentrix [Live Webinar]
This course provides training on insurance and claims workflows within Dentrix Enterprise [DXE] revenue cycle management [RCM]. Participants will review claim processes, complete and manage insurance claim information, and work with forms such as UB-04 and ADA. The course covers submitting claims, entering insurance payments and adjustments, managing overpayments, and applying claim status notes.
Resources including release guides, user guides, and training videos support learning. Sessions incorporate Q&A, surveys, and feedback to improve delivery.

Tuition must be paid in full 8 weeks prior to the start date of any course. Request for refunds must be received in writing at least two weeks before the course begins. For each refund request, there will be an administrative charge of $100. No refunds will be made to registrants who fail to attend a course. If IHS CDE program cancels a course, then 100% of the tuition will be refunded.
