Description: This course will be presented in a virtual classroom. Engineering staff will be introduced to the SFC Project Management Program for planning, designing, and managing Sanitation Facilities Construction [SFC] projects. PMPro is a tool to help apply the Project Management Body of Knowledge [PMBOK] compiled by the Project Management Institute [PMI] to effective management of SFC projects. The goal of PMPro is to make formal project management part of the SFC culture.
Learning Outcomes: • Recognize the major differences between historical SFC project management practice and the PMPro schema • Apply the concept of the Project Development Plan to SFC Project Management• Recognize the importance and list the contents of the Project Engineering Report • Discuss the mindset and best practices of a good DSFC Project Manager
