Description: This is the fifth session in a series of 12 webinars presented by the American College of Clinical Engineering. The evolving complexity and interconnected nature of clinical systems means that a small change to one system can have a major impact on another. An effective Integrated System Change Management program can reduce the risk of unanticipated costs and outages as a result of interdependencies. This session will review the basics of a change management program. Upon registration, you will receive instructions for connecting to the webinar. Upon completion, you will be eligible for obtaining professional development hours by completing a short online questionaire over the webinar.
