Are you sure you need to reset your password? Having a working username and password is only 50% of what you need in order to gain entry to a secure IHS web site.

If you feel that you logged in correctly but still can't access the material you want, you may need to contact the Content Manager or Local Administrator of the web site you are attempting to gain entry to and specifically request access. Usually the contact info for that person is shown on the lower left-hand side of the site with the text "Questions or Comments" In the specific case of ITAC you need to get in touch your local ISSO or Help Desk personnel and request access.
