Authority Delegated and to Whom

1. Pursuant to the authority delegated to the Director, Office of Public Health (OPH), Indian Health Service (IHS), by the Director of Headquarters Operations, IHS, on Jan 27, 1998, I hereby delegate to the Division and Staff Directors, OPH for their appropriate offices, the authority to approve irregular, occasional, or regularly scheduled overtime payment for work performed at the work site, at home, or at other alternate work sites.

2. This authority may not be redelegated.

3. Requirements and instructions for exercising this authority are contained in the Health and Human Services Personnel Instruction 550-1, "Premium Pay."
