AUTHORITY DELEGATED
Pursuant to the authorities delegated to Athena S. Elliott, Indian Health Service (IHS) as the Deputy Ethics Counselor by the Special Counsel for Ethics and Designated Agency Ethics Official, Office of the General Counsel (OGC), Department of Health and Human Services (HHS), on October 24, 2007, I hereby delegate to the Director, Program Integrity and Ethics Staff (PIES), the authority to review, consider, sign, and manage the compliance of cash or in-kind travel reimbursement authorities and the compilation of semi-annual reports to be submitted to the Office of the Assistant Secretary for Administration for reporting to the Office of Government Ethics.
