BACKGROUND

The purpose of this Transmittal Notice is to reissue the revised Delegation of Authority (DOA), Program #8, "Sanitation Facilities Construction Projects Pursuant to the Indian Sanitation Facilities Act, Public Law 86 121."

This DOA is being reissued to reflect the changes in the reporting relationship from the Deputy Director for Management Operations to the Deputy Director for Field Operations and changes in titles of key personnel.

MANUAL MAINTENANCE

Remove and discard the current copies of DOA, Program #8, dated April 25, 2006, from your manual system binders.  Insert the attached copy of the revised DOA, Program #8, in its place.

Log and file this Transmittal Notice in sequential order.
