The three Divisions below comprise Mental Health Substance Use Disorder Services (MHSUDS):

MHSD - Mental Health Services Division
SUD Compliance Division
SUDS Prevention, Treatment and Recovery Services Division (PTRSD)

California Mental Health Services Division (Link to non-IHS.gov website): Mental Health Services Division (MHSD) administers a number of mental health programs for Children and Youth, Adults and Older Adults.

California Substance Use Disorder Compliance Division (Link to non-IHS.gov website): The Substance Use Disorder Compliance Division (SUDCD) focuses on compliance with State and Federal statute, regulations, and other governing requirements.

California Substance Use Disorder Services (Link to non-IHS.gov website): Substance Use Disorder Services: Prevention, Treatment and Recovery Services Division (SUDS - PTRSD) directs statewide prevention and treatment programs that address the use and abuse of alcohol and other drugs (AOD).
