Course Summary:
Every clinic has unique billing, claim submission and payment processing circumstances. The intent of this Webinar is to present billing / claim submission options that clinics can review to determine which billing process is best suited for their scenario.

Presenter: Cindy Abreu
Cindy Abreu has been Certified as a Dentrix Trainer with Henry Schein for over 14 years and awarded the Trainer of the year in 2009. She has been a Certified Enterprise trainer for the last 10 years and assigned to the IHS EDR project for the last 9 years. She has over 42 years of dental experience, her knowledge areas span from chairside dental assistant to front office practice management and practice consultant as a Dental Boot Kamp coach.

Tuition Policy:

Tuition must be paid in full 8 weeks prior to the start date of any course. Request for refunds must be received in writing at least two weeks before the course begins. For each refund request, there will be an administrative charge of $100. No refunds will be made to registrants who fail to attend a course. If IHS CDE program cancels a course, then 100% of the tuition will be refunded.
